Suffolk police sets up scheme to reward teenagers’ behaviour

Compare and contrast.

Children & Young People Now report on a scheme being run in Suffolk which will reward young people for good behaviour with the potential to win £50 in vouchers.

Meanwhile in California Arnold Schwarzenegger is planning something similar:

Citing concern for its upkeep, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governor of California, has requested that his very own Austrian army tank be returned from a museum in Ohio. Arnie also plans to offer rides in the tank to inner-city LA children as a reward for staying in school and avoiding drugs.

I wonder which will be more popular?
