All Headline News suggest that a Swiss distributor is looking to begin selling iced cannabis tea through British health food shops:

Sold under the label ‘C-Ice Swiss Cannabis Ice Tea’, the beverage contains five percent of hemp flower syrup and a tiny (0.0015 percent) quantity of THC, the active ingredient of marijuana.

According to the AFP report, any ingredient that could put it in the drugs category has been removed and the tea will not lead to dependency.

However, British anti-drug campaigners say that selling the tea is dangerous because it will give young people the impression that cannabis is commonplace.

Cannabis is the most widely used illegal drug by young people - 12% of 11—15 year old pupils took cannabis in the last year. However, this is slightly down on recent years.
